there has, in my opinion, been a decline lately in use of the bb, and i can't help feeling this has coincided with the rise of twitter.

I've been busy with my new job... and i'm not on twitter....

the decline in posting was what lead me to twitter in the first place. i prefere the bb and always have done. but following the stretch without it a while ago its never really recovered. and we don't get new people anymore because we aren't really connected with the SU in any way.

it's a shame, because i love the conversations had on here.

I'm more of a replier than a starter when it comes to the BB, so the more posts there are the more I post. If that makes any sort of sense.

My PC has been snowed in. I'm having to use ESP to get online.

I suspect were we to get Stephen Fry on here, we'd leave Twitter quite sharpish!!

i don't think its auto posting of his blog. i don't know if you read is column yesterday but he posted that ...but the column was inspired by the fact he joined twitter so is in 140 char segments.

i'm following 28, but a few of those are marketing-related news-feeds type things (which i'm acutally debating deleting as i generally get their weekly newsletters anyway)
